Atwood Heritage has been hand crafting authentic dry cured meats since the 1950's, using traditional fermting and smoking techniques, in recipes that have been handed down over centuries within the Mennonite community. The fermentation process helps with digestive health, while the snack sticks contain no fillers or binders, and are both gluten and dairy free. They are high in protein, omega 3 fatty acids, and are a tasty, low calorie snack.
They use only the highest quality, whole muscle, meat cuts. The snack sticks use a traditional beef collagen casing.
