Our Fish Sticks are made from 100% Canadian Lake Trout; wild, and sustainably, caught in the waters of the Canadian Great Lakes.
Fish sticks are made from whole fish that we hand process in the B&T Kitchen, grinding the meat and adding in the Turmeric flavour. Lake Trout is very high in protein and is an excellent source of Omega-3.
Turmeric is a powerful addition to these fish sticks, having anti-inflammatory proporties, along with improved digestion, cognitive function, and healthy skin and coat.
The Lake Trout arrive whole to our B&T Pet kitchen, which was built and equiped to meet commercial kitchen standards; they are further processed here, by hand, in small batches.
