Our Smelt is made from 100% Canadian fish which have been wild, and sustainably, caught in the waters of Lake Erie.
Smelt are low in fat and calories, as well as low in mercury; they are an excellent source of Vitamin B12, and high in Omega-3 fatty acids.
The smelt has been caught for human consumption, and further processed in our very own B&T Pet kitchen, which was built and equiped to meet commercial kitchen standards.
